Gregory’s Guest House is a heritage farm B&B that welcomes guests with warmth and comfort. The four guest rooms are elegantly furnished with antiques and adorned with flowers from our garden. A full cooked breakfast is included. And guests can wander in the beauty and tranquility found nestled among our garden paths, ponds, and flower beds.

Gregory’s Guest House is convenient to downtown Victoria (a 15-minute drive), Butchart Gardens
(10 minutes by car) and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal (15 minutes to the north).

Elk Lake Regional Park, with 2000-acres of hiking, horseback riding, swimming, picnicking, windsurfing and boating, is literally across the street. The beauty of Cordova Bay is only five minutes away. For avid cyclists, one of the premier cycling/walking trails in Canada, the Lochside/Galloping Goose trail system is a few minutes from our door.

Gregory’s is not only a bed and breakfast but a working farm, producing tomatoes, green onions, chives, radishes and garlic, as well as cut flowers, using organic permaculture techniques. We believe the food we eat is as basic to community sustainability as the water we drink. Produce is sold locally, directly to consumers and to local businesses. Thousands of dahlia tubers are grown annually and sold at our produce stand or at local markets throughout the summer.

Gregory’s Guest House is ideally suited for a relaxing get-away or for the outdoor enthusiast.
